I've just checked and the charges are now about £50 cheaper per person now than when we booked and the flight prices haven't gone up!!!
What destination is that to and how much did you get the flights originally for?
I had a look 2 hours ago and it's the same as a week ago. I also performed a search for the end of Jan 09 and it's also the same.

My husband talked to BA as we are not flying until next October. They have no plans to pay the fuel charges back to us.0
