its a joke, i mean i have tried at least 5 times keep on for 30mins + and still cant get through

tried e-mailing 5 times still no answer its a joke

my account is locked they gave me 4 new letters and sent 6 more but they dont woek, so how is one supposed to check my account if my user now dont work

so i cant even chance the password, and the helpline is as good as a chocolate tea pot

i mean that message they keep playing is a joke

does anyone have another number i can ring becasue the 0845 # is a waste of time

have they just one staff or something now icesave has gone bust or are they just laughing at us for trying to ring the helpline

Bere in mind that they are likely have thousands of people wanting to get in touch to check status of refunds, missing funds, etc... etc... due to the crash. Add to that they're prob got staff leaving looking for other jobs, not sure if they'll get paid, probabily unmotivated too due to people screaming abuse at them ... and well you'll be lucky to get through so just keep trying.
