Tea stained stainless steel sink

I just had to share this with you all... I soaked my badly stained sink ( how embarassed am I!!) sink in a warm paste of Biological Washing powder for 15mins and then gently rubbed with a soft cloth and rinsed. Now - I have a beautifully shiny stainfree sink. It's surprising how the small things can make me happy :j

I use the pot scourer on ours but then its the original kitchen and only there until the extension goes in so I'm not too concerned about scratching it :)

    You could have used Stardrops
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

I've tried Stardrops before - the Bio washing powder was definitely a better way!! Less elbow grease was needed

I use hot water and Soda Crystals and soak my cutlery at the same time - everthing comes up beautifull & shiny.

I'll maybe give the Soda Crystals a go next time - as they're cheaper and more environmentally friendly too
  • Bleach makes my sink super shiny (and germ free)
