Everythins flip flopped, theyre giving ftbs 20000 dollar loans in australia, yet in the UK we have FINANCIAL ADVISERS recommending savers dont get all their cash back.

Phew. You had a bit to get off your chest there!
As for the guarantee it's not quite that simple. They are planning to put it up from the current 20,000 to 50,000 Euros, rising to 100,000 Euros in a year's time. Story here.0
