It sounds so nice, what you're proposing
Just once or twice, and not disclosing
And not disclosin' how we're really really feeling
What you're proposing the other night
As I was leaving, I looks left and right
And not believing
And not believing that I'd finally be leaving
What you're proposing, now get it right
If I'm composing, but then I might
Be runny nosing
I might be runny runny runny runny nosing
But you're supposing
Don't be so sure, and just supposing
We yell for more, and compromising
And compromising leads to really really feeling
And just supposing, don't get me wrong
I'm only dreaming, it can't be long
I must be dreaming
I must be dreaming, dreaming, only only dreaming
Am I just supposing
It sounds so nice, what you're proposing
Just once or twice, and not disclosing
And not disclosing how we're really really feeling
What you're proposing the other night
As I was leaving, I looks left and right
And not believing
And not believing that I'd finally be leaving
What you're proposing
And not believing that I'd finally be leaving
What you're proposing
What you're proposing
What you're proposing
god, i am good on internet. classic status quo0 -
Hi all, A Good Friend here.
I am not legally qualified but I think I know enough to say an individual (or even a group of individuals) cannot bring a criminal prosecution - this is the 'domain of the state' so to speak.
What an individual (or group) can do is provide evidence to the 'state' (i.e. the police, serious fraud office, HMRC, HSE, Environment Agency et.) and then (as appropriate) the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decide if charges should be brought.
What I think is needed is evidence that someone has 'diverted' monies fraudulently - even to the point of straight forward theft. I say again, my recollection of the evidence clients provided to Keith Guyatt was he (i.e. Keith Guyatt) was convinced that monies (in substantial amounts) was unaccounted for with a suspicion it hed been misappropriated.
Can anyone shed light on the above?
Can anyone throw light on the case Desi brought and why she lost?

Good friend
I am not sure where i read this or if i was told second hand but i understood the case was not lost on a technicality (as stated by ray thompson and the leaders of teh google group) but on the basis that Desi stated in one of a number of statements she made to the court that Brendan had not been dishonest and also on the basis that the judge had stated that she had changed her statement of the facts every time she put another statement in to the court. I understood that the judge went as far to say she had lied to the court.
These facts were not mentioned by the leaders of the pack and that is why they never actually published the court records of the case.
maybe crispy should do a bit of digging in this direction?
Do you seriously believe that if keith's evidence was so strong the court would have found in favour of Maxwell.
Someone did state on here that we had backed the one horse and lost. I think the court records clearly show this.
Why do you think maxwell will still not sign? Probably because he belives he has been f*cked over. I have only ever spoken to him once and this was when the problems first started but after reading what has gone on in Bulgaria with other Brits and devlopers I believe that he has alos been had over by the Bulgarians and that the google boys (and girls) have been taken in or paid off
Either way we have been had!!!!0 -

Dont worry good friend all the things you have highlighted are well in hand. Keith and the team are working hard behind the scenes and have gone nowhere. Bacon Shoes , Love Shack, Electric Blue, Mad Max no stone will be left unturned until justice is done. The court case in about to begin =.0 -

Floors to go.
Keith and the team have been working hard behind the scenes for a long time and have already contributed to one failed court case which i understand cost a lot of money and went to the high court. If a high court judge has found no wrong doing then where to next? All Maxwell will do is roll out the previous verdict and nothing will happen. We may has well go with Crispy's digging for nothing strategy.
Who is in possesion of the properties?
Who has been asking for extra money for maintenance etc?
Who asked for furniture money on properties already furnished?
Is the answer maxwell on these? No
Who has failed in the promise to deliver the properties by January? Remember keith's Christmas message anyone
Why do you think I took my actions out in Bulgaria. That is where it will make the difference0 -

Good point Good Friend.
Keith Guyatt never did tell us why the case was lost.
In the UK high court too. And maxwell was awarded costs. What does that tell me?

I Got You Babe lyrics
[HER:] They say we're young and we don't know
We won't find out until we grow
[HIM:] Well I don't know if all that's true
'Cause you got me, and baby I got you
[HIM:] Babe
[BOTH:] I got you babe I got you babe
[HER:] They say our love won't pay the rent
Before it's earned, our money's all been spent
[HIM:] I guess that's so, we don't have a pot
But at least I'm sure of all the things we got
[HIM:] Babe
[BOTH:] I got you babe I got you babe
[HIM:] I got flowers in the spring I got you to wear my ring
[HER:] And when I'm sad, you're a clown
And if I get scared, you're always around
[HER:] So let them say your hair's too long
'Cause I don't care, with you I can't go wrong
[HIM:] Then put your little hand in mine
There ain't no hill or mountain we can't climb
[HIM:] Babe
[BOTH:] I got you babe I got you babe
[HIM:] I got you to hold my hand
[HER:] I got you to understand
[HIM:] I got you to walk with me
[HER:] I got you to talk with me
[HIM:] Igot you to kiss goodnight
[HER:] I got you to hold me tight
[HIM:] I got you, I won't let go
[HER:] I got you to love me so
[BOTH:] I got you babe
I got you babe
I got you babe
I got you babe
I got you babe0
