Clear overdraft or put money in ISA?

We might be able to sell our scooter to make enough money to clear our £700 overdraft - however im not sure it is a good idea to clear the overdraft. Am i better putting it into an ISA and gradually reduce my overdraft say £50 a month? Or maybe splitting the usage of the money between the 2?
Like i said its not definite, just wanted to see what others thought/would do.
Sorry if its not in the right section xx

Find out which has the higher interest rate; the overdraft or your ISA?
Then put your money into the one with the higher interest rate.0
