What about delivering takeaway meals- if you have a car, that is! Don't know what the pay is like, but I often see ads in windows of restaurants, and saw in the news recently that takeaway places are doing well these days because of the credit crunch- people can't afford to eat out, but will treat themselves to a pizza etc.0

Two weeks to Halloween and you want a seasonal job?
I'm surprised we haven't had a few wits chipping in
advertising for cats and goblins and other such seasonal jobs.

Why not check out some of the employment agencies?
Failing that I've noticed in the City Centre some shops starting to put up signs for christmas staff - might be worth spending a few hours on the phone to the major stores to see what they offer.0 -
Check River Island, their web page is asking for applications for Xmas temp jobs, link here:

have you tried local supermarkets - especially any 24 hour stores will have jobs stacking shelves, cleaning, delivering all outside normal working hours.0

Have you looked at Job Centre online? there are lots of PT jobs there everyday. I have been looking too for a 2nd PT job (work FT too) and there are lots that are evenings only.
Also get in touch with some agencies for call centres? Lots of cleaning jobs around too.

i am also thinking of getting a seasonal job for a few extra pennies but is it worth it after tax etc
I work FT, 37 hrs per week and assume that I would have substantial deductions. Is this correct?
