Used one of mine today having being on charge for the full 16 hours, and worked well albeit for a short time only before the battery went completely flat (about 20 mins use), but overall excellent for the money.

Very pleased as my Bosch has just packed up which cost me £40.00 although it was a lot lighter to use.

It was the same to me, only got 1 in the bag although the invoice said sent 2x in 1 delivery. Phoned CS but she said wait till 7pm if other parcel turn up. No sign of the second one yet , might ring them tomorrow but it took me so long to speak to someone on Friday. :(
  • Rang them up again because the only one I received went kaput after 10 minutes work this morning. Now they will send someone to collect it tomorrow and refund for both shrubber. I think they might be seconds/faulty goods.

A bit off topic but has anyone actually taken their Tesco sim back for a refund. What reason do you have to give? Many Thanks
