Cheapest 2nd Line option

I need to get a 2nd Line installed, don't need any features or packages, will be for incoming calls only really. I am with BT for my line rental and SKY Talk for my billing currently.
Sky can't offer a 2nd Line, at first a new account was suggested but then on speaking to sales they advised that they couldn't put Sky Talk on 2 lines at one property.
I spoke to BT who can do it but want to charge £124.99 installation.
Anyone got any advice for how to get this cheaper? I am in a non cabled area and house was built in about 2001.

If it would suffice, ask BT about Call Sign, which is a separate incoming number on the same line, different ringtone, and costs £2 or £3 a month

BT do still do Call Sign

The other cheap option is to get a VOIP number (i.e. calls come via your internet connection - you can get a standard 01/02 number)

Thanks for the advice! I am afraid the call sign thing wouldn't suffice. VOIP is an option but the reason I am doing this is to work at home and I use my internet connection for that, it barely passes the speed requirements so I wouldn't want to drop under by using VOIP. What kind of bandwidth would we be talking here?

there is what it says on the bt website about callsign

If you're tired of being your children's receptionist or fed up of answering other people's calls then Call Sign is just what you're looking for. You'll know who each call is for, or who is calling, because calls from certain numbers will have a different ring tone.
We'll give you an additional number for your phone, which will have a separate ringing tone when it is called. Who you give your Call Sign number to is up to you. It could be your children's friends, or an elderly relative, so you immediately know it's them when the phone rings. You can also use it to separate business and personal calls, or calls from fax machines.
If your BT phone line was connected after 01/08/07 this feature is currently unavailable on your line.
Call Sign is available as part of a Calling Features Pack –
