Aqua Interest Rates

There may be some people who, like I, did not receive any notice of this, but my statement received today shows that the interest rate on Aqua cards has increased to 38.92% (from 34.92%) on balance transfers and purchases. The rate on cash and cheques has remained at 39.95%.

Mine went up too without any written notice.

September and October's statements are 39.95% across the board.0 -
Does anyone know which bank / org issues the Aqua card?0

The Aqua card paper statements are exactly the same as the Halifax credit card statements apart from they have the Aqua logo in the corner instead of Halifax.0
