    When our old boiler was about five years old, it started getting a bit stroppy. We took out boiler cover and it packed up about six months in. By the time they'd replaced parts, we practically had a new boiler.

    That still wouldn't encourage me to take out boiler cover on our new one - I'm hoping we get at least five years problem free with this one too!

    yeah I was hoping for BG homecare to replace my failing part. I was under the impression they will fix it but on this occasion they said the part wasn't covered. I felt very cheated :(
