i too have sent 2 emails to cancell and have had no reply
i couldnt find a phone number? maybe i wasnt looking hard enough
i had no invoice with books
i hope i dont have to pay to return the books, you dont usually with book clubs and then i will send notice to quit again in the parcel;0 -
After they ignored my first message, they have now replied to my second and requested that I confirm my subscription details. Hopefully they will now process my cancellation. I hope that gives some reassurance to those of you who haven't heard anything!0

Can anyone help me with this, please? I received two books this morning (no free gift) with an invoice for £13.84. Do I just write cancel on the invoice and send that back? Or have I done something wrong and will need to pay for the books?
got the same today. I didnt even open the parcel, just the letter. Should i send it back and no pay or what???
