i too have sent 2 emails to cancell and have had no reply

i couldnt find a phone number? maybe i wasnt looking hard enough

i had no invoice with books
i hope i dont have to pay to return the books, you dont usually with book clubs and then i will send notice to quit again in the parcel;

After they ignored my first message, they have now replied to my second and requested that I confirm my subscription details. Hopefully they will now process my cancellation. I hope that gives some reassurance to those of you who haven't heard anything!

I was worried too as I emailed and cancelled by post, and had no confirmation. So I emailed them again and have just found this in my spam folder:

Dear *********,
Thank you for your e-mail.
As requested your subscription has been cancelled.

When I emailed then I said I would like a confirmation email to confilm it had been cancelled, may be worth trying
