    Hi

Can anyone help me with this, please? I received two books this morning (no free gift) with an invoice for £13.84. Do I just write cancel on the invoice and send that back? Or have I done something wrong and will need to pay for the books?

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

    Many thanks.

To all of those who cancelled... did you get this confirmed?

I sent customer services a message through the website a while ago and seem to have been ignored! Am now worried they're going to send me another two books soon plus a bill!

    (Anyone got a direct email?)

    Hi all

I never managed to do this online but emailed customer service what the problem was (kept pressing add to basket with no result) and eventually they asked for my postal address and posted them to me. Received the other day, no invoice, but once I receive the second posting with the other books I shall return them and cancel.

I'm in the same situation too. I sent them a message and haven't had anything back. Will it cost to send the books back if they send any more?

Well, I decided it was worth a try!

smileyt - did it come up as £0, or £13.84, on your confirmation page/e-mail?

Oh no, I have just checked the confirmation e-mail again and it did come up as £13.84 - does this mean I have messed up and will have to pay? Do you think I could send the books back?

Thanks OP, I bought a mills and boon book today for a quid in asda so I can add these to my collection and cancel when they arrive.

How long does it take to come through?
