site crashing or is it me?

Hi, I was trying to log into the site around 1am and all I kept getting was a page saying the site was unavailable and maybe the sites server was down. I could get all my other sites in my favorites but no MSE sniff sniff. I am on dial up and wondered if this could be the problem or did this happen to anyone else. I have had this quite a bit lately and it can be annoying not being able to get on my fave site. Its now 3.19am and I've managed to get on, god sad aren't I still up this time surfing, ok just wanted to know if there's been any probs with the site crashing lately. Thanks.

It's OK TaBunny, The same happened to Fran and myself, it was about 1.40am and Fran hadn't got on then and I managed to get back on around that time as I was kicked off about 1am.
So I'm thinking perhaps many more may have had the same problem ???

I was having the same problems too, managed to get the site back up but when trying to post etc, kept getting the page can not be displayed, managed to get one in before it completely crashed and couldn't get on at all then. oh well early night for once lol,

still struggling this morning, took loads of attempts before i could get on, but no search facility's are working for me. ??? never mind i'm here now lol ;D

Thanks webby I presume there has to be teething probs from time to time, I can't change my profile now lol it keeps crashing, its coz the sites so popular now its too busy
