UPDATE: TUESDAY 14TH OCTOBER PAYMENT UPDATE
ING Direct is continuing to work through the backlog of payments and can also confirm that customers will not lose interest because of this delay.
FIXED TERM PRODUCTS UPDATE
Those customers with deposits in a Fixed Term Savings product can be assured that these rates will be honoured by ING Direct.
We are fully committed to returning services to normal as quickly as possible and we will continue to keep you updated, via this page, on further progress.

Thank you, I haven't seen it posted elsewhere. I'm going to keep my money in KE/ ING now, perhaps even add a bit more (is this possible with fixed term bonds?) What is everyone else planning to do? 0 -

Me too, thanks for posting this!!You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0
