i dont think you should title this as 'don't buy' because any donation is better than none. but think you are right to speak out and mention they get more if bought directly from charity shop.:A:starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod:0

I think that it is better to get the best commercial deal for the charity involved.0

Hello, this is the first time I've used this site. I hope its ok to post this here. We are a small charity and we try to promote our Charity E-Cards. For a small donation people can send E-Cards to anyone at any time - Christmas/Birthdays/Valentines etc. One of the great things about the service is that you can also set up a calender which reminds you by email of important dates - birthdays, anniversaries etc but you can also put in appointments such as doctors/dentist etc and an email will arrive reminding you. The E-Cards can be personalised with photos/music etc.
Its a good way of doing something for charity whilst also being environmentally friendly. The link is http://www.charitecards.com/Charities/MWB_Leukaemia.htm

Epilepsy Research UK http://www.epilepsyresearch.org.uk/support_us/Xmas.htm also have cards.
It is not cheap as the company charges £2:20.
As I have said earlier it would be better to have something advertiser supported.0 -
charity shops sell their own cards0

advertiser supported is a nice idea, but personally, I wouldn't advertise on such a site. People looking for freebies probably wouldn't click through to spend on my site..
I think it's be hard to find the advertisers
