How to contact Icesave??

I have two accounts with Icesave and for some reason two ID numbers to access. I closed them on the sunday before and like everyone else money was bounced back. I can now access one ID number but the other will not let me in saying that I have given incorrect information even when I try to change password and put in e mail address.
I have phoned Icesave for two days now - each time waiting at least 30mins on the phone to get through. Any ideas???

I got hold of them this morning, 0845 605 6050, took about 10 minutes, although yesterday I was on hold for more like 50 minutes.0
