When I called Citibank to pay off my credit card balance (£46 ), by debit card, I was told that I would be charged £3 for the privilege ! I could however do it through the automated system without being charged a fee.
A charge for paying them back....I don't believe it !!!!!!!!

Hey Sarah,
I've paid them over the phone with my debit card every month and never been charged a penny.... maybe you got the wrong person?

I am going to try them again, I think there MUST be a mistake !
How can I be charged for paying ?
By the way, I'm not Sarah ! Everytime I post a message that name (Sarah x ) is at the foot of the page, just as you have Chris x after your message. Is it the name of board moderator or something ?
Maybe someone can tell me ?Peter0 -

Have you tried to edit your signature? Go to the link that says 'user cp' which is above and you can do it there.Mortgage-free wannabe!0 -
Thanks for that, it seems to have worked ! I have tried that before, and 'Sarah ' came back again ! Hopefully that's solved it. Thanks again.ruyareece wrote:Have you tried to edit your signature? Go to the link that says 'user cp' which is above and you can do it there.Peter0
