3. To enter go online at www.utterlybutterly.co.uk and follow instructions to enter your 14-digit date and pack code. You will be asked a simple question which you must answer correctly before retrieving your Irresistiball lucky numbers and rolling the balls to see if you are an instant winner.
4. You can also enter by post. Please send entries on a plain piece of paper with your promotional pack code, the answer to 'How much less saturated fat does Utterly Butterly have in comparison to butter?', your name, address and contact telephone number to Utterly Irresistiballs promotion, PO Box 485, Wilstead, MK45 3BP. Irresistiballs will be rolled on behalf of all postal entries at the point of opening. Winning postal entries will be notified by phone to arrange prize delivery. All entries must be received by the final closing date (1 March 2009). Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and the promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost in the post.
5. The Utterly Irresistiballs promotion opens on 13.10.08 and the final closing date for all entries is at 23.59 on 01.03.09. Prizes can be won anytime between 13.10.08 and 01.03.09 depending on the time & date that the promotion is entered into. Winning times are randomly chosen throughout the promotion.
6. Purchase is necessary for England, Wales, Scotland, IoM, CI residents and BFPO. Purchase is not necessary for Northern Ireland or ROI residents. 7. Each 14-digit number can only be entered a maximum of 10 times with the same personal details (name, address, email address, phone number). The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.
8. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Third party and bulk entries are not allowed.
9. There are 10,171 prizes to be won in total throughout the promotion.
   • 1x £10,000 cheque made out to the winning consumer. The winning consumer must retain their Utterly Butterly pack with the 14-digit number on it for verification by the Promoter. The cheque will only be despatched by courier once all verification checks have been completed.

   • 5x Shopping Spree for two people. The winners will be contacted to arrange a suitable date.    • 5x Film Premiere tickets for two. The winners will be contacted to arrange a suitable screening & travel details. The prize includes transport for 2 to London, accommodation for two for one night at a designated hotel, dinner at a designated restaurant in the area and entry via the red carpet to a film screening of your choice, subject to availability.
   • 50x Wii consoles, including Wii Sport games. Each console will also contain 1x additional controller. The winners will be contacted to arrange delivery.

   • 10,000x Free tubs of Utterly Butterly 500g. Winners of the free tubs will receive an email containing a web link to the voucher. The voucher link can be printed and is redeemable at all Utterly Butterly 500g stockists. The voucher is not redeemable against Utterly Butterly Omega 3. If an email address is not provided a voucher will be sent to the winning consumers by post.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.utterlybutterly.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the Site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions to service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
11. All prizes will be won randomly throughout the 140 promotional days. Winning will be based on the time of entry: once a consumer has entered their personal details, correctly answered the simple question and rolled their lucky Irresistiballs, if the time that they click the 'roll the balls' is the nearest time to a predetermined winning time, the consumer will be informed that they have won. Prizes will vary based on random allocation.
12. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Excluding the £10,000 jackpot, there is no cash alternative to the prizes.
13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
