zorro you've got it in the post. so they're probably will send all of ours in the post as most stores aren't accepting printed coupons.

I emailed them twice because although I have won numerous tubs of butter I haven't had a single email/voucher. Today I got a reply saying how sorry they were that emails haven't come through and asking me for my address so they can send me the vouchers!!! Oh I feel I've got a result. Perhaps I shouldn't celebrate until I get them! My local Costcutter has lots of tubs with the competition on - I'm tempted now to buy a few more.

OK, emailed again so we'll see if I get a reply this time. They owe me around 8 vouchers now I think but not holding my breath.

Can I ask how you contacted them? Did you email through the competition site or use a different email address?

They still haven't replied to me so I doubt I'll ever see my tubs

I emailed them twice and I wasn't expecting to hear from them but out of the blue a reply came (about 7 days later) saying if I let them have my name and address they would send me the vouchers I was owed. So I will wait and see. I used their form on the web site to ask why emails were not coming. They haven't explained anything just asked for my name and address. I would urge all of you that haven't got a winning email to contact them you have nothing to lose.

Well would you believe it - I just had a reply from the offering to send me my vouchers by post!

Had to provide my address though so I'm not sure if that means that their whole system is screwed and that none of the entries are properly being registered?

I asked them whether or not it was a problem with a particular email address (ie hotmail/yahoo/btinternet etc) and this was their reply:

We have many queries regarding the Winners Email that contains the Printable Coupon.

It is not possible to confirm whether or not a particular Internet Provider is the cause of Emails not being received. It could even be the type of Web Browser which can sometimes be an issue when capturing data on sites and yet not sending particular fields to the originating site due to security settings, i.e. not allowing the page to send Email details despite them being typed into valid competition fields.

I had an email today telling me to check my junk emails....
I check my junk every day and I know I haven't received anything, but I have screen dumps of my wins!

Yes you will, they are a reputable company and I don't think want the bad publicity. I emailed them through the site and it took 10 days for them to reply. Keep sending them emails.

I finally received a reply too - to my 2nd email. They just said to check my junk folder so I've replied saying I dont have a junk/spam folder so I'm back to waiting for a reply again.

I've won another tub today :rolleyes:
