Stud Wall Problems

I have a stud wall that needs to run 3860mm in length with a door in there at one end which needs to be 850 mm gap, to fit the door and frame in.
The problem is we already have central heating piping in the way of the stud wall. So after 400mm we have 2 central heating pipes and then after 2500mm we have another 2 pipes.
Now how do I build a stud wall in this gap??? My problem is that I can’t run a soleplate along because of the pipes.
So will I have to build 3 separate sections to miss the pipes??? Or what are the other ways that people would do it???

Use a double soleplate and where the pipes are just cut the bottom timber and leave say 25mm either side, that way you retain the strength of the wall.In wood we trust.0

I'm assuming the pipework goes through the wall?
The top timber is nailed/screwed to the lower one.In wood we trust.0
