Does anyone take Google Checkout, Protx, Other Gateway?

Hi AS, £200 a month?? Have you looked at Bluepark?? I pay £40 plus VAT for this new e-commerce site. Are you interested? I can send you the link to the site I have now and then to the developement site I am building - which will go live once I transfer everything over and get my finger out with the payment side. Thanks, but after much trials and tribulations I'm more than happy with what we've got to be honest....
Faffed around with 1&1 (£25), then 123-reg (£50) and finally went to SalePack. Our search ranking is massively improved (first page of google for many of our products), web designer and technician on hand, free graphic design, superb site traffic analysis including keywords, referals and trends, automated with their parcel service (DHL Sale Track) so labels are automatically created and updates are sent out when customers parcels are out for delivery etc....and also have pretty hand rate too. It costs a lot, but you get a lot for it and if you look at compared to ebay fees it's not so much.

NB: they offer 3 services- marketing, website and courier. But you don't have to use them all. For example you can just use DHL Sale track for parcels and you'll pay around £4-£6 per parcel

As long as you are happy with it - we started with 1&1 but it was rubbish, then we was with EKM but we are just about to move over. I thought I offer - it's all about moneysaving after all

Yes, I do understand what you mean, I do not miss eBay in the slightest and even with just 1/10 of stuff on our website (not had time to get the rest done - how did I get so much!!) we have been taking as much as we would on eBay. Things can only get better and all that!!
