New eBay account for a business seller?

Hi All,
Wondered if anyone could help me?
I'm a business seller on eBay with Powerseller status and have unfortunately recently had repeat negative feedbacks for no good reason. As they're all very very low feedback or 0, I am assuming it's the same person trying to get back at me for something?!
Either way, where do I stand on opening a new account selling the same things, and closing this one down?
Any help would be much appreciated

As long as the old account is up to date and with no complaints against it you should be fine opening another account. Only if you have suspensions or warnings would it be a problem.

If you think you have been targetted you can report to Ebay who could check if the feedbacks have been left from the same computer using different accounts.

I've tried eBay but unsuprisingly they are completely disinterested. I've had so many problems a big part of me wants to give it up completely but unfortunately the uncertainty of my job means I'm stuck trying to appease horrible buyers on eBay for a little while longer! Thanks for your advice x
