Just had a look at Intelligent Finance website to check the interest rate on an old ISA I have with them, and saw this isaver online ISA thing, the rate is 6.4%, which is better than the top listed ones on this website.
Is this for real? Or am I missing something?

It's a taxable account, not an ISA.Money_Saving_Mark wrote: »Just had a look at Intelligent Finance website to check the interest rate on an old ISA I have with them, and saw this isaver online ISA thing, the rate is 6.4%, which is better than the top listed ones on this website.

That's about as good as you can get for an instant access account though.A sensational online rate of 6.40% AER
Manage your savings online 24 hours a day
A simple product with no short term bonus or withdrawal restrictions
Top up your savings whenever you want
Start saving with as little as £1
Option to offset your savings with your offset mortgage.
I have an offset with if.com, and the only problem is actually getting money into your account as there is no branch network, so I generally pay cheques into my A&L account and then transfer online.0 -
I have a Tesco Savings account which is also instant access paying a good 6.5% (including a bonus). They have been very good and have faster payments going into Halifax as I did a transfer last month and it was in my Halifax current account literally within 5 minutes.

That looks good - but the if.com account has no bonus element.0

Yeah thats true, but the purpose of my account was somewhere to dump money while it was waiting to drip feed into my Halifax Regular Saver and that was one of the best rates at the time. Also liked that it would do Faster Payments to Halifax.
