Does anyone have a telephone number for ISC? Or even an email address?

I have a query on a job for tomorrow and so far no reply to my email to my usual contact, and I don't seem to have the details for anyone else.

  • I wonder if anyone can help me, I've just accepted a "french" sandwich shop for RE but it's not clear on the instructions whether I have to eat in or takeway although there are questions about tables being cleared on the questionairre. Has anybody done one of these that can clarify?
    thanks, Lindz x

I need some help with a RE assignment!

I'm doing a job where I have to visit a health club (one that just changed its name from a big gun to the name of a hospital).

I had to make a phone call to arrange the visit which was recorded but RE don't seem to have given me access to listen back to the call. I really need to listen back to it in order to complete the report....can anyone help me!!!

    I'd appreciate any advice.

    Thank you :o

    Thanks for the advice everyone.

For anyone that does a job for this client in the future, you can't access the MP3 file until you begin the report so it's a bit different to the other RE phone jobs.

I've done over 200 of these (not all for RE ;) ) and you don't have to eat in, although I would actually advise spending at least 15 mins in the shop. (Tip - if you are feeling that you don't want to pay the VAT on the meal - no-one is likely to challenge you if you pay for a take-out and then change your mind and sit down!) If you are in a hurry, just make sure you spend the minimum time specified in the shop, and you will find you can assess table clearance as you queue. Having said that, these French shops are the quickest queues of any, and I've rarely had to wait over a minute!

Crayfish and rocket sandwiches, and health and hummous salads, are highly recommended! (NB The latest briefs I have seen specify only a sandwich. I have never been challenged for buying a sandwich, but I suppose there's always a first time).
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

    I'd call yourself an Auditor?

    Customer Service Evaluator.

I'm an Interior Stylist, so use this as my job title (though lately I've been busier with MS) but if I just did MS, that's the title I was going to use.
