Hello, I'm just after a little advice please. I've signed up to do an assignment for GAP on Wed but I can't find my birth certificate anywhere! Do you think I'm better off cancelling now (and giving them a bit of notice) or keep looking which means giving short notice? It's got to be somewhere, right?! But I've only just started doing a couple of jobs and I don't want to get a bad reputation. Thanks!

The choice is yours poddle911.....but AFAIK they shouldn't penalise you for one cancelled job. If I were you'd I'd give it until tomorrow lunchtime before cancelling - I'm sure it'll turn up!

Sounds like you could lose on this though....

Win on £7 bet on black gives you £14 return, as does red - so you're better off keeping the 15 sheets - unless the £15 isn't actually a cash bonus and this is purely an excercise to get the cash out of it?

Yes, they're usually in the form of £15 worth of chips that you can't cash in.

I cancelled my very first job with GAP because the restaurant shut really early (like 7pm) and I wouldn't have been able to get there that early. Nothing has been said about it.

Out of curiosity, what do you need your birth certificate for?

Never done one with Gap where you need a birth cert - but am wondering if you could use a passport or driving licence instead?

Please could someone help me. How do I subscribe to alerts for MS jobs to be emailed to me? So far I have done 3 MS jobs so all still rather new to all this. Thanks for your time.

You know how people have been dumped unceremoniously by Gap? I'm wondering if it might be more to do with the number of jobs you cancel rather than the number of jobs you've done? Just a thought, having just cancelled a job with them. Think I've prob only cancelled about 3 in 2 years. Difficult to tell as some that they reject show up as rejected / cancelled as well as those I've cancelled.

Are you able to reschedule the job for later in the week? Or is Wednesday already the last day available?

EDIT: Sorry - was too slow typing and other posts appeared - my comment above was for Poddle.

    Done!

    All seven from today done.

10 out of the 11 are now done.

    I'm mentally shattered.

Going to complete the surveys now )I printed them out and filld them in in pen in between jobs, so just need to go online and type the results in now).

The minimum bet Josie on Red or Black was £10. So I did other bets. At the end of the night I was in profit by £5.

PS Your boys did brilliantly yesterday. That should be you cheered up.:rotfl:
