I hate it when that happens ! There have been so few jobs on RE, they all get snapped up like hot doughnuts:rotfl:

Yep, i missed out on my local as I was too busy posting it on here :rotfl:
  • I'm fairly new to all this so excuse the daft question. I'm with RE, on the dates available section that you can blank out dates you can't do, does the system take this into account and only give you jobs on days you can do?

You can do but it's not worth the effort. Since it's an every man for themselves policy on accepting assignments, you don't need to worry about it as likelihood is someone will snap up jobs before your very eyes.

Just done my first Gapbuster for McDonalds. Being asked for a KS# from the receipt but there isn't one. Anyone any ideas?

    Cheers

I am Timmne's deputy here.:rotfl: Can you be an angel and remove the client name from your post as it breaks your T's and C's.

Don't worry about it we all do it at first not realising that.

To answer your question did you ask for a receipt? If so did they not put it on your tray. I don't do Gap hardly so I cannot answer but people on here get treated like royalty when they ask for a receipt as it is a dead giveaway you are a MS'er.

PS Not sure what a KS is but some of the Gap experts will help you shortly.

No one on here who knows me will be at all surprised at this. I made another IDIOT of myself.

Went for a MS eye test and chose glasses. As always the briefing notes said don't ask lots of questions and don't draw attention to yourself. Well when the optician put those funny goggles on she asked me if I could read any of the letters on the screen. Several seconds later as I haven't answered and she wondered why I looked puzzled.... I said I could see them but why were they Chinese letters.

Trying to keep a straight face she said they were English letters but maybe were so blurred they looked Chinese to me. Then she said she had such a laugh at that as no other patient has ever done that she would always remember me.

Flip so I had to phone said MS company about another aspect of the visit. ( Quite a stern company) and told them in passing. They were in fits of giggles too.

Being simple minded I thought as there are a lot of Chinese people in Glasgow they had a separate screen for them.

Going to write a book now...."How to make an idiot of yourself in a million different ways."
