I have loads of Hotel stays for RE and got lots of points. Still, cannot see any hotel stays and in fact RE has been pretty dire this year.0

Have done a few stamp shops today. I had to ask if anyone else could get money out from my grandad's card account. In every single place, they said 'oh he can just give anyone his pin'! Was beginning to think this was the right reponse until I got home and filled in the questionnaires.
LOL felt a bit sorry for the staff really, wonder how much retraining they are all about to go through.0 -

I used to work for a major manufacturer of chip and pin machines, I don't know if things have changed but that used to be the absolutely correct answer.
In the days of signature, you obviously couldn't forge a signature and pretend to be an 80 year old man but when chip and pin was introduced, it was dubbed a benefit as that 80 year old man had to physically tell someone what his PIN is.
Anybody who you give your chip and pin too was authorised to use that card (for its intended purpose) and fussy sales assistant couldn't use that as a reason to stop your transaction.0 -
I added Manchester and Liverpool to Re but I still can't see any hotels0
