    Mystery Shopper Position.
Shopper's Guide wants you to run surveys on a few prominent western union locations in your area(the locations are within 10 miles
from your zip code, you will be filled with the exact details).
The Western Union location was reported for evaluation for the following reasons:
    1) Customers have reported their money missing.
    2) Slow services.
    3) Unbalanced transfer charges.
    4) Rudeness to customers.
    5) Late opening time and Closing before time.
Your Evaluation at the first western union location would be:
    1) To make a transfer of funds from this western union location to another mystery shopper (we will provide with the needed
    funds).
    2) You will have to record the time you spend sending the transfer.
    3) You will also provide the name of the cashier that attended to you.
    4) Make a detailed report about your personal impressions as an average customer.
To complete the surveys we will send you the money to cover your $100 commission and the money you need to use at the western
    union location.
Upon receiving the funds, the exact instructions of the survey will be forwarded to you.
There is no specific time to do a survey, however the report is to be ready same day you receive the funds from us.
You will have to keep a comprehensive report on every activity you carry out and send it by fax to our office.
If you are interested in becoming a mystery shopper confirm that you are ready by replying to this message with "I AGREE".

I emailled RE to find out why I'm listed as Probabationary again, apparently I was uncontactable, as my phone number was missing/wrong, so is probably worth people checking their numbers again (mine was right on my profile so I dont know why they couldnt get me on it but never mind). Hopefully theres some jobs left for me now though!
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Keep well away from anything like that. If they want to access their banks why don't they just do what the other companies do and ask you to go and enquire about accounts etc. The only time I've ever been asked to make a transaction in a bank is if I'm an account holder already.

Sorry if this has been asked before. For GAP, how do you enter your bank information? I've got my account number but I assumed they'd need the sort code aswell, but they're asking for BIC/SWIFT (?) and IBAN numbers in my profile?

Also - what name do they use to make payments to your bank?

I could have sworn I'd put in my bank info but just had a feeling and checked my bank statements - can't see anything from GAP ever!

    TIA!

If you've had a bank statement recently the BIC SWIFT & IBAN codes are now usually shown on there. There is a website that calculates your codes, but at the moment I can't find it...:o

Thank you - I've just had a quick look and they are on there. Have entered them on my profile now.

Just shows that I need to keep a closer eye on my payments, I don't do a massive amount of jobs for GAP but still!
