The Mystery Shopping thread - part 6

You stick to your Ts and Cs for as long as GAP stick to theirs could be one suggestion...
I'm quite sure GAP are breaking every rule in their own rule book about giving priority to shoppers who've taken up their pants jobs....
Nice to see you around though Mrs F and MG!0 -
Not fair... no stamp jobs showing for me at all - is this because I don't do the burgers? I don't even get offered burgers now because the quiz (ages ago) asked if I was a veggie.... I wouldn't mind but the darn place sells veggie burgers!
Anyway, unfair that I am not allowed to even SEE the stamp jobs because I am a veggie.0 -
Going by the email I got, the stamps will be available to everyone a couple of days after they've been visible to people who've done the required number of burger and other fast food ones.0
-
actually, I've just gone back and reread the email. It's not burgers,it's a required number of the other fast food place and the pizzas. Maybe the burgers are more popular than I thought!!0

I just received a phone call asking if I would re-schedule my burger visit for another day for an extra £3. I obliged and they then offered me another burger visit for next month which I accepted. I have only had one stamps visit so far. I can't seem to get the pizza outlet ones as I failed the test - I was rushing doing it months ago. Is there any way you can reset the test after a certain amount of time?0

I am about to post this on the credit card part of the forum but thought I would share it with you all 1st as you are all my friends.
I got a phone call minutes ago from some female who said she was from company xxx. As she had some sort of foreign ( Non English) accent I thought it was overseas but she said the company is in London.
She said her company wanted to know how much I owed on 1 of my credit cards and could I confirm it was £xxxx And they could ensure I didn't have to repay this money.
I went totally ballistic as I object to a total stranger asking such personal details. I told her she could be Minnie Mouse for all I knew and I was telling her sod all.
I don't know how accurate she was as I lose track of credit cards and what I owe...DH does all that. It is what men were put on earth for to deal with boring things like that and sort the car???
This poor woman is probably running screaming now begging them not to ask her to phone anyone in Scotland as they must all be nutters.:rotfl:
Has anyone on here had a similar call and where the heck are they getting there info.Clique member no 1.:D0 -

She actually knew the amount you owe???? With you saying she could ensure you didn't have to pay it, it made me think it was one of these new companies trying to get credit card debt written off because of an invalid agreement. We've had ads on the local radio up here. It's tempting but I reckon if you do it there will be some sort of black mark on your credit record and no-one will want to give you credit in the future! Anyway, I'm rambling! I agree, she shouldn't have had access to that kind of info. Very worrying.0 -

I wonder how many you have to do? I've done quite a few pizzas and chicken things. Just no burgers.0 -
Now I am worried! I've just done another Gap search - nothing in my area except pizzas. So I tried search by client... the stamp thing doesn't even show on my list of clients - but the burger place does, even though the jobs never appear on my list. What's going on?0

if you don't get it, then don't worry about it
and the rest of your message is foreign to me
Perhaps you don't understand mystery shopping? We can still discuss it on here, but it doesn't mean we're identifiable when we go into a shop.
I can't quite work out what you mean either - have you done any mystery shopping?0
