Not sure if I'm alone in this but a couple of months ago RE overpaid me by £10 leaving a negative on my account. Don't like their jobs much but have done a few and got myself back in credit only to find that they've overpaid me by £10 again (on web anyway as not in bank yet). So I'm now back to flipping square 1 again at -£10!
Has anyone else had this or am I alone in getting these interest free loans from RE?

Thank you Eensymum whoever he/she is won't win a war of words with me. Whoever the donkey is with a fair old post count doesn't usually post on this thread. Must have accumulated the posts on another section of MSE.

Maybe it is Alistair Darling and he's miffed the nation isn't jumping up and down at VAT coming down a teensy fraction.

And how nice of RE to open a benevolent account for you. Timmne also got overpaid by xxxMS'ing.co ltd. Now how do you 2 manage this as I have never been overpaid.

  • Maybe RE just appreciate my ability to repeat myself 400 times in one questionnaire and think I'm worth the investment LOL!:rotfl:

    Hi all
Wondered if any of you experts can tell me what it means when 3 jobs I did back in early October are still showing as payment pending on Bare? And the other 3 just have the amount showing without any indication of when it might be paid? These are the first jobs I've done for them and they have been really good, helpful when I called to ask questions etc but before I ring them again and seal my fate as being the completely annoying newbie, I wanted to ask your advice. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm still waiting to be paid on some jobs too, I'll drop an email to someone I know there and let you know what they say.

Just a thought; has anyone heard from Ellie?

Cooee still here - have you missed me xxx

I'm with SJW on the work front. I've been really busy. And with one 6 week old and a 3½ year old I can honestly say I need a 36 hour week. I've also been doing loads or surveys and product testing - oh and the usual cleaning, cooking, driving to and from school etc. etc. etc. etc.

Logged on this morning to catch up. What's with the negative posts first thing in the morning!!! I'm with HP were all here to help and we all live in different parts of the country (apart from SJW who lives by me and by the looks of it is getting all the jobs lol) so jobs are spread around.

Any sign of GAP's betting shop jobs yet - I could do with a win. There is a casino job on RE that I really fancy but I'm not going on my own and I think it would be frowned upon if I took the children lol!!!

Also save me scrolling back any further any news of GAP's payments today yet? Have seen the posts that say the will pay by the end of the month. Are we sure they have our money!!!!

Hope everyone has been OK and I'll try and log on a bit more when the baby is sleeping xxx

Hi ellie, good to hear from you. How's the little one?

Glad to hear I'm not taking all the jobs. If it's the casino job I'm thinking of I wasn't impressed when I did it but it can be a good night out. PM which one it is, don't worry I'm not going to do it as I did one last month and it's not showing in my assignments anyway.

Thanks SJW - having no experience of them I just wasn't sure what to expect.
I got my GRG payment today and they seem to have paid me really quickly for a job that I thought I wouldn't get til next month. Maybe they're being kind.

  • Hello All
I am a newbie to the thread but not to MS.;)
If you live near Manchester Airport and are travelling overseas within the week there are about 38 jobs with RE. Unfortunately they are all Airside as Manchester Airport has changed their layout in that there are no Landside shops anymore except for a well known burger outlet and a chemist at Terminal 1.

Welcome Mysterious girl, nice to see a newbie to the thread. Thats a lot of jobs at airports but the thing I have always wondered is - do you do your report once you get to your holiday destination and what about receipts ? I'm guessing those with blackbery's etc could do the report at the airport.
  • can I say hello too. I've been mystery shopping for ages too and I read these threads but have been keeping quiet. I've just posted on the alerts - it looks like gap are officially giving first refusal on stamp shops to those people who've done a set amount of fast food assignments. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say how many you need to have done.
