i thought I had anti virus but I dont and firewall i think is with windows.
You REALLY need an anti virus on your computer.
Is it XP or VISTA? If XP you really need a 3rd party firewall too (Though I still recommend one even if you have vista, its just XPs is unsafe)
I personally recommend COMODO firewall
http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html
(Untick the extra toolbars etc when installing)
The DEFENSE mode is NOT needed, but it will help to protect your computer (Can be switched off though)
and AVIRA anti virus

(Update and do a FULL scan)
I would also recommend SPYBOT (Anti spyware scanner)
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
UPDATE, IMMUNISE and SCAN:idea:0 -
Just noticed your on service pack 2
Once the computers clean ~ I would recommend you goto WINDOWS UPDATE to update to service pack 3 (Make sure DEFENSE mode is switched off on comodo firewall should you install it, then back on once service pack 3 is installed)
Service pack 3 is safer than 2:idea:0 -
