Electricy cut off by NPower
Comments
-
IF NPower had been in to cut off the supply they would have changed the locks and left a notice at the property telling you to go pick up the new keys at the local police station.
Theb actual collction process is fairly long and can take up to four months in cases where there's a problem. So, unless you haven't collected your mail in ages then that isn't the issue, (they have to send about five different letters before they can terminate, plus arrange a court hearing)
Possibilities are, power cut, supply cut off as a "vacant supplied" property, fault in the house or meter tampering.
The "vacant supplied" one is done for safety reasons, NPower will be able to tell you if that's the case and get it reversed.0
