Nationwide Online Banking-Missing Account

When I signed up to Nationwide online banking some of my existing accounts didn't appear on the online banking screen. My complaint did not get a response within the target timescale and it took over a month to rectify.

Today I noticed that an account that had appeared from the beginning has now disappeared. I rang up to check and the account still exists with a full balance. No explanation was offered. I was asked to enter a request to get it reinstated to my online banking screen. I doesn't inspire confidence does it?

    I gave up on Nationwide just trying to get an account, twice they lost all my details included photocopied bills and passport.

    I've noticed savings accounts in particular seem to come and go from the OLB screen more these days than they ever used to. Normally logging out and back in again cures it.
