Upon entering the Prize Draw you accept to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Promoter: HPI Limited, Registered in England No. 4068979. Registered Office St Helens, 1 Undershaft, London, EC4P 3DQ.

2. By submitting your details into the prize draw you give consent for HPI to contact you unless you opt out. To opt out of receiving information from HPI please click the relevant tick box underneath the entry form on the website. We will not pass your details onto any third party companies. 3. Promotion runs between 23 June and 31 December 2008.
4. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. More than one entry per dealership is permitted as long as they are not from the same person. You must be a UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands resident to participate. The following are not eligible to enter the draw: (i) Members, employees and immediate family members of employees of HPI ("the promoter") and their associate companies, respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors, (ii) other persons assisting with this promotion, (iii) any person not being an individual person, (iv) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert, (v) any person entering via and agent or using the services of a person who carries on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions. Employees must have the permission of their employer or senior manager to participate.
6. The 1st prize is a Breitling watch of your choice up to the value of £3000. The 2nd Prize is £2000 worth of Virgin Holiday vouchers. There are three 3rd place prizes of a Playstation 3 console. There are four 4th place prizes of a Nintendo Wii console. Five 5th place prizes of Magnums of Champagne. Six 6th place prizes of a mixed crate of wine.
7. No cash alternative will be provided for any prize.
8. Prizes will automatically be sent to winners. Prizes will be sent to the address that is supplied on the data capture form.
9. Only one main prize per entrant. If you win one of the top 4 prizes (Breitling watch, Holiday vouchers, Playstation 3 or Nintendo Wii) you will be taken out of any future draws. However If you win a runner up prize of Champagne or Wine you will still be eligible to take part in future draws to win one of the main prizes.
10. HPI assumes no responsibility and is not liable for: (i) the accuracy or otherwise of the prize description or illustration, (ii) the non-availability, loss, late receipt of, damage of any prize-claim, prize, notification or other communication, (iii) (other than those warranties or conditions implied by stature and which cannot be excluded by the Promoter) and representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a prize, or (iv) any taxes, fees, charges or other cost which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize, (save to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility in these Rules for the same), (v) any tax liability arising from the award of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
11. The promoter may (i) terminate or suspend the promotion at any time due to supervening circumstances beyond the Promoter's control (ii) substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the prizes (or any part of a prize). The Promoter's decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Rules shall be final and binding.
12. No purchase necessary.
13. HPI reserves the right to use the name of the winner and runners-up for publicity purposes.
14. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this promotion form part of these terms and conditions, although, in the event of conflict, these provisions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions. Expressions that have been defined above shall have the same meanings when used in such other instructions, rules and conditions wherever the context admits.
15. For names and counties of winners send a SAE to HPI Limited, Dolphin House, New Street, Salisbury SP1 2PH after January 2009.
16. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree that we can contact you by email, unless you otherwise opt out.
HPI reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time.

I think you only need to enter once, but there is a draw each month.
