Is this comp only open to people who have mortgates? I've looked for T&C's but can't find anything - is there any point in me entering if I rent?

By the way it's worded I think they must pay your mortage for you, up to a maximum of £25,000 - so I'm guessing if you rent they'd pay your rent instead - but then I would expect it to say "mortgage or rent free" - I guess if you have no rent or mortgage you're already lucky enough not to need it! ha ha

I think I'll just enter and hope for the best - worst case senario is my name gets picked and then I get told I'm not eligable!

I'm currently living with a friend and he's charging me a small rent - if I were to win could I simply put the rent up?
