Computer to phone music help

How do i get my files from Windows Multimedia player over to My Samsung Phone Multimedia it won't sync up so any podcasts or mixs just go straight onto Windows not my i-tune esc samsung???

Hi,
If your phone has bluetooth, then try the file push option.
Alternatively, if your phone has a memory card you can save files to it if you remove the card and connect it directly to the PC.
The phone may only accept .mp3 files so you might have to convert them. If you let me know what phone you have, I may be able to give a more specific reply.
