    The day is not over yet:rotfl: only see mine Friday night to Sunday night - not even three days - I still manage to eat more in those days than I do all week.......

    on Mondays DD1 does the shopping for me cos she was sick of me buying boring food...she does quite well, gets all the bargains and stuff...but she also buys crisps and chocolate treats.........yum yum

    My DH says I become like a preacher when I'm dieting, constantly reading sermons the my SW bible :rotfl: :rotfl:

    He needs to lose weight to, so one of us has to be [strike]bossy[/strike] strong ;)

    I'm not going to admit this on the running thread, cos it wasnt exactly a long way, but I ran a ickle bit today :D
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:
