Abbey Website Trojan

I have just visited the Abbey website and ZoneAlarm flagged up a Trojan trying to install on my PC, I use RoboForm to log in to my account so I knew I wasn't on a spoof site, I repeated the steps I took to login in and only when I logged out did the Trojan try to install, naturally I was concerned that others without adequate protection were at risk of getting their bank accounts compromised.
I searched around for a suitable phone number, bearing in mind the time of the morning it is and the only one open 24 hours is for reporting a card stolen.
I thought I was talking to someone with learning difficulties, after I explained that since this was the only number available I called it in the hope they could pass my concerns on to technical support as I felt the matter was urgent, she gave me her sympathies and offered to send me a replacement debit card, everything I said went in one ear and out the other, okay I can understand she may not have any technical knowledge but would have the common sense to put me through to someone who did, only when I insisted that she took heed of what I was saying did she take some details and said she would pass it on, I presume Abbey don't actually have anyone working in IT through the night.
I just hope I don't read about their security being compromised over the next few days in the news, It makes me wonder if I really want to continue banking with them when they have no mechanism for dealing with this sort of problem in the early hours of the morning.

A quick search on Google only resulted in the above 2 posts. If this was a problem with the Abbey site then I've got a feeling that there would be a few more hits by now.
Did ZA block an incoming or outgoing attempt? The reason I ask is that I'm more inclined to think that you have an infected PC.
What was the name of the Trojan?
I think you should seriously think about the offer to cancel your debit card0
