Virus Removal POP-UPS - help!!

I have a several pop-ups that have suddenly appeared and I have no idea how to get rid because I know that if you don't really know what you are doing, you can make matters worse.

My internet history shows 3 sites: bestsecureexpertcleaner; personalantispy.com; pcvirusremover2008.com

Also, there is video file video1162.cfg.exe which keeps asking for access.

I read a similar thread on here (but there was no conclusion) and you asked for a Kaspersky scan which I have done: (Please note, I did go ahead and delete those files from my Limewire).

please stop using the biggest virus on the planet limewire
download the trail for Kaspersky install ,update and watch it screem ,red pop-up box on the bottom right (let it do it's thing),you will have 30days of full usage with the trail
let it run fully
make shaw you uninstall your old anti-virus first ,it not working
download spy bot,update and run,us the wizard
then come back and the nice people on here will piont you in the right direction for free good anti-viruses for your pc ,you will be safe for 30days using kasp

I'm sorry, I had no idea about Limewire. Its recommended by so many I thought it was safe.

I will do the above and see what happens. Thank you.

I wouldnt touch limewire with a bargepole
