Egg Money Card denied

Hiya,
I would like to start with stoozing.
A while ago (May 2008) I've tried to open an Egg Money Card
but my application got denied.
According to
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cards/stooze-cash-credit-cards
one needs the Egg Money Card to start stoozing.
I'm just wondering whether anyone knows a different card
instead of the Egg Money Card?
Also, do you think it's worthwhile to give it another try to
apply for the Egg Money Card now?
Don't know - but would I have a higher chance that my application
gets approved if I open a new Egg savings account
http://new.egg.com/visitor/0,,3_11093--View_401,00.html
and put some money in before I apply again?
If so, how much do you reckon should I put in?
Cheerio,

Do you have an idea of why you were denied? I applied over a week ago and got accepted straight away. Maybe it's worth ringing up and asking them?0

Egg Money is the only card I've been declined instantly for (i.e. not a "we'll get back to you" message). If you ever find out why you were declined, please let me know! You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0

Remember, you can also start stoozing by getting an SBT card like Virgin, or by slow stoozing (spending on a 0% purchases card). You're spelling is effecting me so much.
