    That was a stonking read. Enjoyed that, and ended up wondering whether the Asia Times might have some government backing? Any other sites you recommend?

    Interesting read but comes from a corrospondant that appears to be so anti-European its beyond belief (read others from him to see). it also assumes that the money being borrowed will not be recovered therefore requiring a full liability to be repaid in a single way. It also makes a number of assumptions. Assumptions that its fair to assume wont come out that way.

    Question : If Iceland had been in the Euro , by how much would the value been
    dragged down Vs Dollar ?

    you can see why now the Big 2 "France and Germany" would of prefered
    that we had joined the euro when they did.
