Are we part of the Eurozone Bank Protection Deal?

We're being told European leaders have agreed this deal to protect all major banks but the meeting today was just between Eurozone leaders. GB was invited to be there to describe our plans but are we party to this deal? Is it Eurozone only, EU or for all of Europe. If the latter wonder how Iceland feel about this...

Assuming by "we" you mean UK, UK were part of the discussions, but appear not to be part of the deal directly, but given UK has already announced very similar plan it can be considered part of it0
