going to give upon this now, check out another post started within last 10 mins which again gives weight to my arguement.

obviously everyones situation is different but the are to many people on interest only and it will become an issue.

i am not a bad person and just my luck that i give this opinion on someone with 3000+ posts on this forum, but hey if anyone wants to check any of my other posts will see i am not a bad person and also give best advice i can.

i would again finally like to apologise again to the op and stress AGAIN it was a general rant and not totally specific to her, and wish her good health for the future, obviously nonoe knows what is ahead.

grogdog nobody suggested u r a bad person just a bit harsh & insensitive. Don't u think people know they have a problem with interest only mortgages without u hammering it home to them? What I do have issue with now is saying you give advice on here!! Nobody gives advice it is all opinion, advice is given by advisors & not on here. Yr a decent man as u have apologised so i feel u will understand my comment on advice. Too many people have thought they have been rcvg advice here so let's not confuse them any further.

Apology accepted grogdog, I was just feeling very emotional and suppose i took the huff here. I don't like to fight with any one on here. Can we be friends now??

Hoping to get back to repayment soon. We have been interest only for only 9 months really and actually paying over (just found out) so as soon as a few things are sorted I would really like to get back to it. I hate it and its not what we want but our only option for now.

We have lived here for 13 years and have always paid our mortgage off capital and all and its ONLY been 12 months on interest only. You ignorant person. I never said i got an "INTEREST" only mortgage.

I think you need to apolgise here..

How dare you post like that... I HAVE always paid my way in life. I have never been greedy.

Ive got into a few petty "rows" on here, normally when people have talked down to me. So infuriating.
