Maternity Pay

Hi my sister in law has not long been back at work after her maternity leave finished shes been back about 9wks, the thing is shes just found out shes 4wks pregnant how does she stand ? will she be entitled to maternity pay again? will she have worked long enough before the 26th wk ( is that right ?) the baby will be due about 20th june on a rough working out. thanks in advance

whilst on mat leave you are still classed as being employed, so this means she will be entitled to mat pay again, as although she wasnt actually at work, she was still employed

yep she will still get maternity pay as long as she earns over the threshold in the qualifying weeks. Other wise it will be reduced maternity pay,
the qualifying weeks arent until later on though.
So yeah. Full maternity pay for 9 months again, and she doesnt legally have to tell her employers she is pregnant until 25 weeks pregnant0
