RBS, HBOS, Lloyds & Barclays to ask for £40billion tomorrow

if i haw the news right, Barclays are NOT asking for a bailout, and their shares went up today..

I bets they must be chuckling at not gettng tied up with AMRO and other toxets (= toxic debts- new word for today, all rights resered!)
