As has been reported elsewhere on this forum, there's a potential legal dispute between some of the people working behind the scenes at Legal Beagles and Consumer Action Group.
While it's been sometimes mooted elsewhere in the forum that it's an action between the groups themselves, it's important to understand it's a personal action between individuals.
Even so, a few quick points on it...
As has been reported elsewhere on this forum, there's a potential legal dispute between some of the people working behind the scenes at Legal Beagles and Consumer Action Group.
While it's been sometimes mooted elsewhere in the forum that it's an action between the groups themselves, it's important to understand it's a personal action between individuals.
Even so, a few quick points on it...
- It's a shame. First of all, it's a shame, as both groups have provided valiant help to reclaimers and it's sad to see a legal dispute between some of the people behind them.
- No further discussion on it please. On a secondary note, I'm going to have to ask that as this is potentially sub-judicae, there is no further discussion on it in the forum. All existing threads will be closed, please report any posts that overstep the mark (in closed threads too as they're very long so unmonitored) to .
- I will see if we can help in any way. And finally, as a fellow reclaiming group, it is my intent to email both lots of people to see if there is any way we can help solve any dispute in a way that doesn't hurt the reclaiming cause and helps them all best carry on their valiant work.
