QVC faulty goods refund policy is appalling

A faulty and expensive TV was picked up by their carrier on 23 nov. I am still waiting for a refund. All I get from them is a bland e mail reply saying 21 days. This is AWFUL service. John Lewis refunded a faulty item the day I e mailed and picked it up two days later.
QVC is a business that knows how to hang onto your money as long as possible.. BEWARE
I started a dispute procedure with my excellent bank, smile today. No doubt that QVC will now sit up and take notice

Its only been 8 working days since it was picked up ! , they process hundreds of returns dont forget yours will be piled up with all the others or stuck in the couriers depot0

QVC isn't MoneySaving, that's for sure.
Cheap junk at inflated prices.
Here's a tip: If it's being sold on a Sky tv channel, it WILL be cheaper elsewhere. Get off your sofa and look.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0
