how to download video clip from camera

We have an Olympus digital camera..and Im trying to download video clip.
however, all I get is sound clip, no picture.... (message - error finding codec)??
Tried changing playing format. Real time player/Windows player, no change
I can view video with sound Ok on camera, and can play other videos ok on pc...
any help appreciated...thanks

Could be that you need adobe quicktime player.
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Most cameras do use that, I found issues with other playes trying to play video from a digital camera.
Also try vlc player
