Nokia N95 Video Format (Which codec?)

As N95 owners probably know, the device is very picky about which video formats work. What have people got to play on there? I only ever managed to convert a video once that worked and I've forgot which settings I used.

Can anyone enlighten me to the settings they use? Video Codec? Audio Codec (MP3 I guess), Frame Rate?

you can get a divx app which will allow you to play .avi encoded to 30fps. It will play as standard mp4 and 3gp

Yes, thanks I already have this installed, but I was never able to work out the exact settings to get the native player to work.
